Each La Vaanura product is thoughtfully crafted. We make every effort to represent our products accurately through descriptions and images. However, colors, textures, and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your device, lighting, or screen settings.
As our products are handcrafted, minor variations are natural and part of their character. We do not guarantee that product appearance or fragrance perception will exactly match what is shown online.
Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may be updated or discontinued at any time without notice, at our discretion.
SECTION 2A – CANDLE CARE & FIRE SAFETY
La Vaanura candles are created for mindful use.
Please follow these safety guidelines:

Burn candles within sight and on a stable, heat-safe surface

Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets

Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each burn

Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a time

Discontinue use when approximately 1–1.5 cm of wax remains
Candles involve an open flame. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for safe use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Vaanura Mist Co. shall not be liable for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper use, unattended burning, or failure to follow safety instructions.
SECTION 2B – FRAGRANCE & SENSITIVITY NOTICE
Our products may contain fragrance oils and/or essential oils.
Scent perception and sensitivity vary from person to person. If you are pregnant, have asthma, allergies, or fragrance sensitivity, please use our products with care and discontinue use if discomfort occurs. Our products are not claimed to be hypoallergenic or therapeutic.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and confirmation is sent. Please review your order carefully before submission, as cancellations or changes may not be possible once an order is accepted.

Due to the nature of handcrafted and consumable goods, used, burned, or partially used candles are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or where a product arrives damaged or defective as outlined in our Refund Policy.

SECTION 3A – BULK, CORPORATE & CUSTOM ORDERS
Bulk, corporate gifting, personalized, or made-to-order purchases may be treated as final once confirmed. Cancellation, modification, or refund terms (if any) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and governed by our Refund Policy or written agreement.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time of order confirmation. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or duties unless stated otherwise.

Promotional pricing may be subject to additional terms. In case of conflict, promotional terms will prevail.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Once an order is handed over to the shipping partner, risk of loss passes to you.
